Following a postal delay of £300.00 worth of school shoes for my children to try at home, Claire ( Assistant no 11) at the Falmouth Store went above and beyond to take ownership of then issue of missing items, calling other stores to clarify the whereabouts of the shoes and providing the refund I was requesting . Seldom do you come across such amazing customer service on the modern day of online orders and accounts. Claire has the most amazing interpersonal skills as does all the staff on the Falmouth Branch.
