We were served by Jack at the Telford Store (He is usually at the bham store and it is a manager). He was incredible with our daughter who won't even let people touch her feet. Fantastic subject knowledge. We left with 2 pairs of shoes for her and a pair for me. Top level customer service. Will definitely return.
