Today, we went into Clark's shoes in Solihull.
We were met by Pat, who instantly impressed us by her interest in my wife who had a fractured wrist. The reason for the visit to the Clark's shop was to purchase a pair of shoes which did not need to be laced up. Pat understood the problem exactly and did not spare herself until my wife was satisfied. We made the purchase and were very happy. Thank you, Pat.
