I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online because they do “easy returns” and I need the narrow shoes which I can’t find in stores. This is the first time I ever ordered shoes online and it will be the last. One pair didn’t fit so I followed the procedure to return them and ordered and paid for the appropriate size. Big mistake because I have now paid double for my shoes. When I check the tracking of the return it says that Clark’s refused delivery. I called the Clark’s Canada number and they said that for some reason Canada post is not delivering their returns and that they are waiting for a reply to their inquiry about why this is happening. The rep also said that I should have received an email explains the situation but I didn’t. I’m feeling like I’ve been left in limbo. I will probably never get refunded. What a way to treat your customers.
