The product may be great but just try to return something purchased online. I tried to do this for about an hour or more and was never successful. I do this on Amazon with no problems. Ckarks return website socks. Never doing this with them online.
I had to drive 30 miles to return this and gas isn't free, so my return certainly wasn't FREE.
