Purchased a pair of men black leather shoes the heel of the shoes just fell apart they cost me £100 phoned customer service the are in south Africa after umpteen phone calls they would give me promises of satisfaction which where all false i am £100 out of pocket I would not purchase a pair of shoe laces off this firm
