I placed an order online ten days ago for the item to be delivered to the Whiteley Hampshire store.
I have had no update whatsoever.
Only one poor response from customer service and still no sign of the item being dispatched.
Clarkes customer service has seriously gone downhill since China has an input.
I do not recommend Clarkes.
