I ordered Gilby Sally Grey Leather shoes just before 2 months. They are worn very few times & they have got a hole on the lower side of buckle. Which is very disappointing as Clarks shoes normally I use for years. These shoes are of very bad quality for such high price.. This happened on January 8th, 2019
I want to understand why Clarks Quality is reduced so much and now I think I cant rely on them & would never buy shoes from there again.
