Had a bit of a nightmare with delivery but the customer service team were amazing,spoke to 2 different members of the customer service team and they really went out of the way to help. Long story short they actually refunded the cost of the shoes which was £75.00
So they actually gave me a pair of shoes for free because of little bit of inconvenience. Very happy with that.
