We bought our children a pair of school shoes from Clark’s retail outlet in Chester.
After less than 4 months of use (1 term) both pairs have started leaking in water.
We took the shoes back to the outlet today and spoke to the manager who said that if their feet hadn’t grown, then they would cover warranty. As they are kids 6 & 8 ofcourse their feet had grow and she could not help.
The shoes have started coming apart which she seen but still not covering warranty.
Very poor quality shoes and service, my advice is to buy shoes elsewhere!
