Rose went above and beyond to assist when shopping with my 83 year old mother. Showed me another colour boot that I love, more that the one I was first tried and therefore was not going to buy. Then sadly the boots I really wanted could not be found, Rose then went out of her way took my mobile number and called me in less than 10 minutes of leaving the store. I am so happy with my new boots and looking forward to wearing them. Thank you Clarks and thank you Rose.
