I ordered shy of £300 worth of items from this unprofessional business. Opted for standard delivery which quotes 1-5 working days.
As a business, I needed to know a rough ETA. I tried the mobile number which goes unanswered and left 2 messages requesting a callback. I tried their "contact us" form and email, all without success. Finally, I thought I might get an answer from their Facebook page, and crikey I did.
I was accused of attacking the company and threatened to cancel my order and cancel my account. I was then told it would take up to 30 days and should have selected priority delivery if I wanted the items sooner.
All this because I wanted to know when my items would arrive!
The business seems to blame their negative reviews on "trolls", fake reviews, and their competition trying to belittle them.
It's been 9 days and still no goods or refunds. If I don't get my refund promptly I'll most definitely be pursuing legal action.
