Where do you begin, the owner is deluded, sends out incomplete orders that contain mouldy and dangerous foods. Argues like an angry child, will not admit any liability and closes your account straight away. Just someone who doesn't know how to run a business. The only way to get your money back is to take legal action, and let him cover the final costs.
