Have been buying fresh salmon from your How Wood near St. Albans branch for several months now. I have been buying salmon for many years, and I can honestly say it is the best I have ever eaten.
I Cook it in foil in the oven, with some garlic .It is soft ,moist, and has a great flavour .Absolutely delicious.
