“1st review ive ever written and im 56yrs old , i had to buy this item twice , the co op stuffed crust big cheese as i couldnt believe how bad it was 1st time round , but it is the worst pizza ive ever tasted , the stuff crust cheese looks and tastes like plastic , the dough base is so thin it collapses in an instsnt of removing from oven , tastes of nothing , so never buying again at the extortionate price , even if it was free id decline , so never again”

“Bugs all in my lettuce and we aren’t talking just a couple. Onions had holes in them and were gone off. This isn’t the first time I’ve had crappy fruit and veg from co op but thought I’d give the benefit of the doubt but I won’t be buying it from there anymore.”

“Be nice if you actually sold something healthy in your store’s apart from ultra prossed rubbish that makes people sick. The meat is disgusting !!! The mince and burgers etc are a very super light pink colour because they are full of fat and your charging top money for this rubbish 🤷♂️. The fruit and vegetables are covered in chemicals!!! The fat on the chicken is meant to be a golden brown colour not pure white!!! That’s because it’s come from a intensive factory farm and is full of growth hormones. And why are you charging so much money for things than other places? 2.50 just for a can of soup etc ? Coffee which is 4.00 overpriced? 3.80 for a pack of biscuits ?”
“I have Autism and had cause to complain about 2 staff and discrimination. 4 years later one staff always refuses to serve me. Walks off the till. Other staff stares at me obviously hating disabled who stand up for themselves.”
“Please make shopping convenient for customers! Buying certain products is like the Krypton factor and would even challenge a squirrel. Inaccessible plastic containers for food not only deter thieves but also customers and pose a Health a Safety risk when trying to open them especially for disabled customers! Customer service is a joke.

There is no point in price matching other stores on every day essentials when quality is poor! I've found plastic film in a previous ready meal as well. Good job a
child wasn't eating that meal as could of choked as could I of course, plastic isn't really up to my pallette nor a trip to A&E!

“Sadly visited the Coop in Wainscott near Strood in Kent had the most horrendous visit.
Tried to use self service machine had bought paracetamol tablets needed them verified asked for help the girl on the main till Beth greeted me with ‘your have to wait’ she was on her own no other staff present really large queue. When I asked if she would see if she could get another member of staff to assist I was met with ‘no.. this is how it is there is no one else your just have to wait’. I said you can’t me on your own? And questioned her I was then met with a breakdown of abuse rudeness arms waving and storming off out the back. The manager came running out Shaun saying I won’t have my staff treated like this? He wasn’t even present and she had said there were no other staff on the building ? I explained she was rude had lied to me in front of a shop full of people and quite frankly I won’t be treated like that? I’m a customer paying my money why should I be greeted with this.. this is not customer service on any level should she even be in the job? The manager refused to even hear my side even though there was CCTV quite clearly incompetent and with a large queue would leave a young girl on her own who wasn’t up to the task of dealing with the public. Made to feel like a criminal because I asked for another member of staff to help?! I have since reported the incident to the area manager of the coop and am still waiting a response after a month as this happened on the 7 Nov. They or him quite clearly not interested in a serious complaint of their staff.. they didn’t reply at all have led that section blank ..
