“Please make shopping convenient for customers! Buying certain products is like the Krypton factor and would even challenge a squirrel. Inaccessible plastic containers for food not only deter thieves but also customers and pose a Health a Safety risk when trying to open them especially for disabled customers! Customer service is a joke.

“Sandwiches would be so much nicer if they had butter on the bread. Forced to eat them as part of the Meal Deal and dislike all the other Main options.
Also, more basic British foods on the shelves, instead of all the foreign rubbish would be nice. Not everyone likes everything with spice added.”
“Co-op Creamy Coconut Cauliflower Curry was very tasty, and I was pleased with its mildness, as I can't take chilli. However, I was really shocked, on reading the nutritional information, to find it contains only 2% protein and 2.4% sugar! We need to encourage meat-free eating, but not such a low protein meal. Also, I'm not sure that there is sufficient quantity of vegetables to count as two portions of our five-a-day.”
“Just bought 2 co op microwave meals priced at £3.55p each or 2 for 6 quid. Both sweet n sour chicken and Chinese chicken curry were absolutely terrible. Both had the tinyest bit of rice and the sauces were both so watery I had to grab a spoon .Can remember not that long ago you could buy 2 for 4 quid and you got 50 grams more plus you didn't need a spoon for the watery sauce. Terrible won't be buying again . Shame on you co op .”
“Coop mostly good although very pricey , bought natural shelled peanuts today from Inverurie store, well within date but soft and stale. Threw them out .”
“Coop Breaded Scampi used to be fairly good value at 2 for £7.00, now two for £8.00. Today I got seven pieces, mostly breadcrumbs. Won't be buying again.”
“Co-op Chatfield Road branch. No social distancing in the store, staff not regulating number of customers inside. Staff blocking the aisles so we can't safely get past them or others. Till points so close together that customers can't socially distance even if they wanted to. I live round the corner and it's so convenient but I won't be back. Seems all they want is our money but not prepared to make things safe for us!”
