Co-op shopping online is useless as their site claims lots of food is out of stock. When it is clearly on the shelves if I ask someone to check. They only show highest priced items for online shoppers. There have been items missing form my orders yet I have been charged for them & have to wait days before getting my cash back

Co-op, do you not keep up with the reviews on here? Shameful just eaten one of your own brand British pork Scotch Eggs!! Ugggghhh Tasteless, soggy and really not nice. Going to throw the other one out for the foxes tonight. Horrible. Ventnor Isle of Wight P.s Your staff are charming and helpful.

I only gave it 1.star because I couldn't give zero. Sweet & sour chicken ready meals. Horrible. Wouldn't have fed a 5 year old. 3 pieces of chicken, maybe. Sauce very watery. On the whole, horrible.

Searched in vain for fish in the fish pie! Should be renamed potato and white sauce pie. Nice creamy potato taste, but where was the fish?

I usually shop at other supermarkets but today bought my first Co-op chicken. I think I can sum up the experience as bewildering. Cooking it was nothing at all like what I'm used to. It was so pumped full of water that it had to be dried before roasting and then all the usual techniques with stuffing etc. were also ruined. It's really sad that we now have to put up with such third rate products in the pursuit of price. I thought the retail industry had moved beyond this kind of thing. Won't be doing this again.

Coop Irresistible 200g Fruit Loaf. Bought on the 2nd of August with a bbd of the 6th. Slices were dry. First two slices were broken. Lots of crumb in the bag. Barely and fruit in the two slices I ate. Could not pick out the Cranberry or orange zest flavours. Complained on-line. An apology. No offer of a refund. Shabby service. Very bland disappointing product

Well ripe and ready to eat nectarines! More like apples. But I've done this time and time again. Its my fault for being so stupid to think that the coop are are to provide the the things they advertise. Just like the last government. Shocking.....

The tuna and sweetcorn sandwich on malted bread was wetter than when the tuna was in the sea.... disgusting to say the least.

Bought two ready meals for £6 The beef meal ok but not impressed with the sweet and sour meal there were 4 tiny pieces of chicken one piece of pineapple and two human hair which I had to fish out of my mouth while eating Don’t often eat ready meals but I’ve never experienced hairs in a ready meal Expect better I also had to get the packaging out of my dirty bin to prove my case since I live in Buckinghamshire I have used Co,op since they opened in my area took photo of ready meal the link below failed to load the image twice Not Happy

Rated 1 out of 5 stars 40 minutes ago Shocking online experience Not keen on posting bad reviews reviews but I am furious. Last Saturday I placed an online order which I paid for Delivery was between two and 4 o’clock by 6 o’clock I hadn’t received my order. All I got was a text saying they were running behind. I finally rang and got through to the local shop. It had a power court in the morning And I would not be getting my order at all called into the shop spoke to the manager who advised me that he had informed the online department to switch off and stop taking online orders. My order was taken and paid for one hour after he asked them to stop taking orders I was also advised It would be 3 to 5 days before I got my money. It’s now a week tomorrow and I still haven’t got any money back from them I contacted customer service today took me ages to get through I-spoke to a young lad who said he was looking into it he then put the phone down on me. I called into the store on my way home from work and spoke to a member of staff when I checked my phone i saw the person i spoke to had cancelled my order two minutes after he put the phone down on me, So my order had only been cancelled today one day short of a week after I placed the order. I now may have to wait another 3 to 5 days before I get my money And no one is doing anything about it How can someone take your money knowing full well that they cannot supply your order So 😡

thought the luxury fish pie was not....luxury. 2 tiny pieces of salmon and cod, couldn't find the prawn and a teaspoon of spinach and may be 2 spoons of mashed potato. Just about enough for 1 person.

Co-op Creamy Coconut Cauliflower Curry was very tasty, and I was pleased with its mildness, as I can't take chilli. However, I was really shocked, on reading the nutritional information, to find it contains only 2% protein and 2.4% sugar! We need to encourage meat-free eating, but not such a low protein meal. Also, I'm not sure that there is sufficient quantity of vegetables to count as two portions of our five-a-day.

I’d thought we might have a little Italian experience with a lasagne and a garlic bread but wow! What a disappointment. Even adding some butter to the garlic baguette made it no more edible and the lasagne? Just absolutely horrible. Truly awful all round.
