EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE
EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! EXTREMELY PATHETIC AND INCOMPETENT! Firstly, there are long queues with only one person serving. Its basic common sense/pure logic to have a few customer service assistants be stationed at different at a few tills so to become more effective and efficient. Secondly, the team is very rude-''No thank you or please''. They have a patronising/condescending attitude!
Thirdly, I have been overcharged twice for a product that I should have had a discount with my Co-op card!
