Had problems with my order last 2 times.They sent the 3 items which they said was out of stock and didn’t send the other 7 i paid for.Finally got a refund after days and days of sending proof and back and forth with many different people only to realise they didn’t refund the entire amount.Again back and forth finally got full refund.Second order 1 item missing and some of them the quality is horrendous.Checked the label and realised it’s different from the coast products i bought 2-3 years ago.Then when i searched i realised it’s been bought by a company called boohoo.Had similar problem with karen millen with products being so low and cheap quality and realised it’s the same parent company which bought the 2 brand.So basically you’re buying boohoo quality for coast and karen millen prices
