Noticed same bad experience I’ve used Coast Fashion taken over £88 from
Amex no confirmation order no dresses.
And only repeated generic customer service emails asking for same information over and over again! Say no order and cannot link payment with my credit card!
Disgraceful. Asked Amex to look into it.
