Coast & DPD are not a great partnership. My address was incomplete, I paid for next day delivery (Sat) they stated Tuesday. I was so stressed with the idea of not being home to collect it. That is did arrive but DPD couldn’t be bothered delivering to me and dropped it off at a local hub. Got my parcel only to discover colour of one garment wasn’t like image and the other was damaged. I think the online customer service is awful. Email is much better! I won’t be buying again as I feel their garments are cheap looking too.
