Ordered several items which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the fit wasn’t ideal so returned them. Had so many issues chasing my refund even though I had tracking to prove my parcel had been returned.
Emails going backwards & forwards with excuses as to why I still hadn’t received my refund. Had to raise a dispute & investigation with my bank to receive my refund. AVOID I will definitely not recommend or use this company again. Shocking customer experience.
