The occasion dresses i ordered were lovely but mostly too big. I re-ordered in a smaller size, kept one and returned the others. Over a month later I'm still waiting for £600 refund. My advice would be to NOT ORDER FROM COAST, if there's the slightest chance you have to return items. Emails are automated replies. I've no idea when I'll get my money back. Very poor communication.
