On April 3, 2025 I placed an order for a poncho and a pair of Maho weekend pants. Within four hours of placing the order, I saw online that Coolibar was offering 20% discount on orders over $100 ( which mine was ). I called to request the discount on my order since it had not yet shipped or my credit card charged. This was denied. Instead, I was told I would have to place a whole new order to receive the discount and return my original order when it arrived and pay shipping for the return.
Horrible Customer Service/ Policy. Any reputable business I have dealt with will honor a discount that becomes available within 48 hours of placing an order.
I have been a Coolibar customer for many years along with recommending you to others. There are too many other businesses now available offering sun protective clothing to give my money to Coolibar who doesn't appreciate or value their loyal customers.
