I was very disappointed that Coolibar does not exchange items for size that I must pay a paying an $8 return shipping their prices change every two days for the same item and the shipping takes 2weeks. This is crazy. I have never paid a return shipping fee nor has shipping taken 2 weeks. I wanted to buy additional items, but will not due slow shipping and a $8 return I am returning all Coolibar items and will not make purchases from Coolibar in the future. Very poor one-line business model and I am very disappointed with the entire Coolibar shopping experience.
