Misrepresented coupon code without terms and conditions. This Labor Day sale is the second time. The first time was Memorial Day. I searched the site but could find no information. The 25% coupon was not applied at checkout and only one item received a discount. No note was available on product pages. Customer service was unable to cancel or modify my order when I called at the start of the following business day. I am a long time customer and know this business well. Something has sadly changed.
