Middle rating for our Costa today. Stopped at Merry Hill while waiting for the shops to open in the centre. Ordered 2 latte's & a hot chocolate. Quite disappointed as the drinks were just lukewarm & tasteless. Don't know whether this was down to them just opening, but if it was, I think they need to get the machines up & running prior to opening so that the machines were given a chance to heat up, rather than starting 2 minutes before opening time!
