We visited the new Costa just opened at Somerford, near Christchurch today. It’s a new, fresh store which was very pleasant as was the staff. However, it seemed to take ages waiting for the actual order. Not sure if this was because of the drive in?? Fortunately, we had time to spare but there were quite a few customers getting quite agitated by the waiting time for their orders (presumably because they were workers etc..) shame because in every other sense, the experience was good.
