Visoted Townsmoor Retail Park opens at 9.30... but no! We were sent away to wait till 9.40....then asked for an iced white mocha but apparently at this one costa coffee shop they dont do it!!! although we order this coffe regularly eleswhere??? Staff were MUCH more interested in reading their text messages and were quite rude!
