Just bought a coffee frappe from your outlet in Hankridge, Taunton. Service was okay, but where’s the coffee in the frappe? Beige sweet flavourless icy slime. I was so disappointed that I actually took it back and asked for another. Not sure what they did this time (actually add shots of coffee??) but it tasted mildly of coffee and no longer sweet, so slightly improved, but £4.55 for this?? Seriously?? Lost my custom. Does this company think we are fools???
