My favourite Costa Coffee is London Road Twickenham. Special mention for Manageress Gosha. She creates chilled atmosphere and great ambience. She is always friendly to see her customers. She makes my day every times and always serves with a big smile which makes my day. The service is outstanding. She is the best manageress by country mile. Without her the place would go downhill.
