I went to a Costa store in the Kingfisher Centre in Redditch on Sunday 9th January, 2023. The Customer Service I received there was excellent.The store was extremely busy and there were only two members to cope with it all. The two women involved remained so calm and professional and nothing was too many trouble they really were excellent, the coffee was lovely too. It's 5 stars from me!
