As always quality of Costa Coffee is brilliant that’s why I always look for Costa coffee shop in the UK and overseas but quality of service and attitude of barista today Thursday the 6th of April in Clacton-On-Sea is below par. I suggest staff requires retraining on acceptable level of customer service at least. The shop is not that busy; why such ATTITUDE which puts off customer to drink coffee?
