If I could rate your Borehamwood Tesco branch a zero I would! Your staff refused to serve my daughter who was trying to order something.
I brought this up with Elena the manager and she said that she told her staff not to serve my daughter as apparently she was rude. Give your staff more training to deal with customers if this is how they behave.
I would like to see where it says in your policy that you reserve the right not to serve customers. Youre an absolute disgrace!!
