Awful place, the staff need training in Customer Services, especially the female employee, I purchased a coffee on the 5th of May, the attitude from the female employee regarding me wanting an extra cup, because my takeaway cup was so hot, I couldn’t hold it, all I got was a dirty look and she said they are double insulated they are okay, really this is the way to treat a customer !
