Worst costa experience I’ve ever had. 3 staff and waited 20 minutes to get served. Then made the incorrect drinks. Staff were rude when challenged. Thank goodness this isn’t representative of others Costa Coffees. Cafe Nero from now on when visiting Loughborough.
