Hi, i just wanted to complain about one of your staff member at the Birmingham new street station named Tyne who was not only rude but abusive to me. It all started when I miss ordered cookie cream instead of coffee cream. She said ‘go to starbuks’ we don’t have a cookie cream. I told her maybe not but you don’t have to be rude. She went on to say i will do whatever i want to do. Go complain to whoever!
She was rude, loud and disrespectful. The worst customer facing person i have seen in the UK.
Please make sure that your staff are trained well.
