Awarded one star because it wouldn't allow me to review without a rating. Just called into Costa Coffe in Bowness for a drink. Whilst my colleague purchased the drinks I went to use the bathroom . What a state it was in. Blocked, smelly and water?? all over the floor. Absolutely disgraceful. When I asked the staff if I could use the upstairs bathroom because of the state of the downstairs toilet they said no it was closed off. I reported to them the state of the downstairs toilet you'd have thought I was speaking in foreign language, not one of them went to look and close it off. Total disinterest. For a holiday destination and the fact they weren't even busy, be ashamed of yourselves.
