I visited the Costa inside Pembury hospital tunbridge wells this morning (saturday 20th jan ) and what a credit to costa are the 2 lads working there this morning, remained calm and polite on what can only be described as a nightmare opening morning, tills not working as a power cut the night before. The politeness of them both was outstanding even when everything seemed to go wrong, well done both of you.
