My visit on Thurs 25/1/2024 to Havant branch inside big store, at 4:15pm - the queue was long about 6 people in front of me and store was full - 3 staff only one making coffee another running round the back out of sight a lot the other was counting tea bags and doing a stock take- took 15 minutes to get served - I thought you should know this - quite a stupid use of staff - surely stock take is done when closed or nearer closing time not at the expense of queuing customers? I only popped in for 2 quick espresso to take away, but turned into a major visit - unhappy as nobody apologised for the delay, it was uncaring of the customer and focused on the staff needs far above -
