Costa Coffee in Alton. Hampshire. Popped in earlier this week and a absolute disgrace. Really tatty soft chairs all dirty and with stuffing poking out a lot on arms. Gone down hill big time since Esquire opened opposite 4 months ago. Toilets dirty as usual and dirty crocks laying around. Doubt I will go there on my next visit as hygiene disgusting it really is. Only took 1 photo will try and show !!
