It is unacceptable that emotes at Costa are not allowed NOT to put lids on hot drinks for 'health and safety' reasons.
Have you any idea what the long term consequences to health are by the constant use of plastic just to protect us walk a few feet to a table in a Costa shop?.
If you have 2,500 outlets in the UK and serve 100 drinks a day that's 1/4 million lids a day just to take a drink to a table. CRIMINAL!!!
