On Wednesday this week I travelled from Hull Station x I called in at the Costa Coffee and was greeted by Will with a good morning and a happy smile . I enjoyed a croissant with butter and jam which he heated for me as requested plus an orange juice and tea . All of which I really enjoyed . As I was sat for a while waiting for my train I observed how Will greeted everyone with the same happy smile x he knew a few of the regular customers . He made my visit a pleasurable experience.
