I received a email from cotton traders on the 12th September to say my goods had been dispatched to Hermes, after checking on Hermes tracking on the 14th it showed that they hadn't received the goods. I contacted Cotton Traders customer service who told me quite abruptly that nothing could be done until 5 days after dispatch. Surely she could have checked the system or with the warehouse to find out the position of my order that I had paid them for. I don't call this customer service.
