“The quality is acceptable but their sizing is inconsistent. Three polo shirts all medium, same range just different colours all had different body lengths, chest measurements and wildly different sleeve widths varied by 2ins ??? Cotton Traders also deduct the postage cost from the refunds even when the items are faulty. Appalling and still waiting for a refund for goods retd 16th July. Delays probably due to the sheer volume of returns that they must get based on my experience. Wouldn't buy from them again.”

“Ordered zip up comfort bras,payed next day delivery,terrible very thin,could see breast though material,tried to exchange to see if bigger size better,told I would have to buy a another2 sets,then get refunded not what it promises on website,staff very rude,to get a refund it's going to cost over £10 ,first delivery and return postage,never again,I used to love cotton traders what happened?”

“It’s poor that the company charge for delivery AND returns. I’ve not come across other companies who do this personally, it’s usually one or other. Clothes are ok but I try to find what I need from other retailers if I can. Also the refund takes ages.”

“Although generally happy with cotton traders i just spent 75pound no free p&p 3.99 extra it was for 3x towel sets half price 25.00 not happy with them more like child size to add insult to injury have to pay to send them back don't think I'm going to order from them anymore also as someone else said takes ages for refund”

“I ordered two items, 2 weeks apart and returned both. I phoned once and was told to wait. Eventually upon checking a month later they had part-refunded 1 item. I had to phone again to get the first refund adjusted as they had taken outgoing postage and return postage off the refund. And, I had to get the second refund amount agreed during this call as well over a month after returning it! I am suspicious of this lot. They are selling to people who are getting old and forgetful. Definitely 'skimming' the fair-play rules here. Avoid! I used Freeman and they were spot on.”

“Only buy occasionally from Cotton Traders online as closest store is over 40 miles away . Delivery is fine but big issues if return and refund needed. No free returns by post and refunds take an exceptionally long time to be received (often after several chasing messages & calls). Not good customer service. Makes me think twice before placing an order and will only order goods that know for sure will fit”

“What a JOKE of a company. I ordered two pairs of Chinos of which i wished to return. I was informed to enclose the delivery note, plus receipt for goods and use a return label. IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE PACKAGE DID NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THEM. Tried direct on line but info used would not work. Awaiting a response from a manager.”

“About 4 weeks ago I inadvertently re-ordered a blouse that I had already returned. I rang customer services about an hour later to try and cancel but was told it was already being packed. I was told to return the blouse when I received it and I would be re-imbursed my delivery charge. I have checked my account every week but nothing is showing up on my account. Can someone please sort this out for me.”

“Haven’t received refund yet 1 week later. Some snotty woman told me I had to wait 10 working days. Happy to take your money but reluctant to give it back. Absolute nonsense it takes 10 working days to get a refund. I’ve been refunded within 2 days from other companies. Bank also confirmed there is no need to wait 10 working days. Won’t be buying from them again.”

“I ordered a Denim skirt which I love, but it's too big, just wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I've called several times (855 246-3333 and 855-753-4444) and a recording comes on, beeps, then disconnect. I've emailed and it comes up with unable to find my email or product number. I'm taking the information directly off my invoice.”

“Never put money into this! This outfit will steal your money, block any attempts to return it, and demand that you continue to pay "taxes." Don't ever provide them with the details of your bank account. They take. Fortunately, AIXALTD.COM was discovered, and I was able to trust them right away. They returned all of my prizes and money in a couple of days, going above and above in their service.”
