I purchased last year a long weather coat similar to an outback style. Coat was great but I am now finding that it doesn't keep the rain out anymore. I am as wet inside as out. Q. Can they be re waterproofed or dubbing rubbed to repel the rain. Need to know or it's in the bin😠
