About 4 weeks ago I inadvertently re-ordered a blouse that I had already returned. I rang customer services about an hour later to try and cancel but was told it was already being packed. I was told to return the blouse when I received it and I would be re-imbursed my delivery charge. I have checked my account every week but nothing is showing up on my account. Can someone please sort this out for me.
