I have ended up being £8 out of pocket because they charge for delivery plus returns , they also said they had refunded back into my account but they haven't. I think its poor that you have to pay to return items . I'm still waiting for my refund

Extremely poor customer service a at Cotton Traders in Cardiff. Went into the store to find no assistant present. Walked around for 5 mins, during which time I could have walked away with arms full of stock. Went to another franchise next door, no luck. Tried a further shop and eventually found the assistant chatting in their stock room. Was asked 'why I wanted her!' Strange question to put to a prospective customer. Walking back to the Cotton Traders shop with her, she said it didn't matter that she was absent as they had CCTV. On being asked if she had seen me she replied 'Oh yes'. When then asked why she hadn't, in that case, returned to the shop she informed me it was 'the end of the day' (4.45pm and far from closing time) as if this justified it. Didn't buy in the end and won't be returning.

Faulty fleece arrived. Tried emailing and each time automated message telling me to use alternative email. Talk about given the run around. This was a present for my mum and she really liked it. Ordered another and sent faulty one back for a refund. Last time I will use Cotton Traders

First time buying with Cotton Traders and my last! The item was too big so had to return. I had paid for delivery then they also took nearly £8 off my refund for returning the item. Disgusting.

What a waste of time and money on delivery! Everything I ordered was much too big, and the jeans, which should have been straight leg... Well, they were, but the legs were about 10 inches wide each. These were not what I ordered. Everything went back and never again.

I received a email from cotton traders on the 12th September to say my goods had been dispatched to Hermes, after checking on Hermes tracking on the 14th it showed that they hadn't received the goods. I contacted Cotton Traders customer service who told me quite abruptly that nothing could be done until 5 days after dispatch. Surely she could have checked the system or with the warehouse to find out the position of my order that I had paid them for. I don't call this customer service.

So happy with the quality of the top I ordered. Only criticism was that it took AGES to arrive. But top so nice , I’ve ordered a second one in a different colour.

My wife and I bought trainers from Cotton Traders last year but due to covid restrictions we have only been wearing them for about a month. We are very disappointed with the quality of the soles which are already wearing through, even though we don't wear them every day and they only have had light use. Why are Cotton Traders selling this rubbish?

Had sales pamflet delivered ,decided to buy to items gold member, cotton traders said 8 weeks for delivery, it's not good enough cotton traders your letting me down, stopped the order not acceptable to wait 8 weeks, gold member ??

Cotton Traders are not true to size. Size 12 is a size 16!

Ordered a jump suit which took forever to come, in fact asked to review my purchase days before it arrived. So disappointed with it, would have fitted a 7ft giant. This is not the first time their sizing has been way wrong. Still waiting for a refund, but as I paid for delivery and return this awful company has cost me £7.90 for the experience. Would definitely NOT recommend

I added the Cotton Traders app to my phone Sunday 11 April 2021. I set up a password and gave my email address. Both were rejected several times - so annoying. I haven't shopped with Cotton Traders for at least 5 years. After many attempts trying to order 3 ladies tops - I just gave up. This morning I phoned Cotton Traders, ordered my goods, but explained to three people that I had had problems ordering (I spoke to three people because they said that they couldn't help me - it was like pass the parcel!!)I really don't think that I will be reordering any goods from Cotton Traders. My shopping experience was appalling!

I've ordered 2pairs of trousers for my husband 48 waist 27length his first pair have come 40 waist and they are sending the other pair at 40 waist hope you can change this can't get through on phone the name is Mrs scott

I bought a pair of so called knee length shorts from this company. When they turned up they were more like flares than snug fitting appalling things. So I sent them back for a refund. I paid out £23. When my refund came it was £15. What a rip off comps this is do t bye from them EVER. P Lequesne

I’ve always been pleased with goods from cotton traders, however was very disappointed with a reversible jacket I ordered, nothing like the picture , infact very poor quality different colour as advertised and finishing was awful, cost £47, has been returned.

I wanted to exchange an article to another size. On the phone (costs 7p per min.) they assured me to send the article with Hermes immediately. ut this did not happen. Although I send the received article back. They substracted 7 Pounds and refunded instead - even without giving me the information that you have to pay delivery costs twice. But most of all against our agreement to exchange the article! I will never by anything from Cotton Traders again.

The items ordered were not delivered and so the courier returned the order to CT. I was credited the cost of the items only as I was charged for the return delivery cost. This was unfair as there seemed to be a problem with the courier used by CT. I will not use CT again.

Just had long grey cardigan delivered (in sale). Very cosy & warm - excellent quality as usual and never had a bad item from cotton gold customer. In difficult covid times they delivered - very thankful in this cold snowy weather 🤗

Gold card received today. As usual items required weren't in stock. Wish you would stop sending me useless catalogues. Stopped using cotton traders a year ago because of nil stocks but thought I would try again. What a joke.should be nil stars .

Have been with CT for many years. Quality of Rugby Shirt bought recently (Recd 29/12/20) is significantly lighter and poorer quality cotton than usual. I did have one years ago that only lasted a few months before loosing shape and I'm wondering as to whether these "Sale" goods are made to a price especially for "The Sale." Won't buy anything online again as I once bought two fleeces both sized 3XL and both were completely and hugely different sizes. That experience cost me £10 and I gained nothing! Come on CT play the game. You have a good market but are seriously eroding trust!
