Poor delivery. It has been over six weeks and no shipment. When you call customer service, you wait for twenty minutes. Customer service cannot tell me the status of my order. I would not do business with them again.

I ordered a blouse and a pair of trousers, the quality of the items is poor, i was charged £3.99 for postage, and paid up front for the items, they arrived after a 3 week wait, trousers did not fit so i sent them back, i was supposed to have got free deleivery on 1st order and 15% off the order, however i did not get either!! Then today i get an e mail saying they have recieved trousers and my refund for £11 is on it's way ! WHAT !! THE TROUSERS COST £14. I KID YOU NOT THEY CHARGED ME TO RETURN THEM. DO NOT SHOP THERE . THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY!! i RANG THEM REGARDING THE £7 THEY OWE ME AND NOTHING THEY CAN DO IF THE DISCOUNT CODE DID NOT ISSUE ME WITH IT 3 WEEKS AGO OMG!! NEVER AGAI. RANT OVER .

Bought a skirt for my wife's birthday and found it is 1 size too big. There was a number to call for exchange which they claimed it is free. Was on the call on wait/ queue for 10 minutes just to find I was charged £10, so I hang up. Wrote then by email that I need to change the size to 8 from 10. The response was asking my that call line which charges £1 per minute. Obviously I didn't call. They didn't bother to arrange for an exchange through email, for obvious reasons. Put the skirt in a package and stuck the pre-paid label on the package, ticked the 'exchange' option on the label, and put a hand written note in the package with what I am writing here. After a few days, received an email about a refund being arranged minus their fees which was £7. So purchased an new skirt with the right size (8) and gave it to my wife for birthday. But these bloody bastres stole £17 extra of my pocket for doing nothing. I will also write a complaint to the ombudsman.

I purchased several items from Cotton Traders for a purchase price over $400 U.S. The items were not to my liking so I shipped them back for a very small charge. In talking to their Customer Service, they helped me with the return process and refunded me even before they received the items. I found their Customer Service EXCEPTIONAL and wish all U.S. companies were as efficient and accommodating....GREAT JOB COTTON TRADERS.

I dont have any complaints with the products themselves, overall they are of satisfactory quality. My issue is that I have (apparently) been a loyal gold customer with CT for ten years, and as a result I was sent a voucher which gave me a discount of 20% if i spent £30 + before 7th April. So when I rang Customer Services to query why the system would not accept the 20% discount code on my order totalling £39.20, I was told i could only apply this code if i was buying full price items, and not sale items which I had in fact selected to buy. So in a nutshell I could pay full price and get 20% off or just rip up this "wonderful loyalty voucher" for being an "extra special one in a million CT Gold customer" and just buy goods on offer at 50% discount in the current sale which are offered to anyone and everyone on the Planet Earth! Can someone (anyone!) please explain to me what I am missing here because it seems to me that this useless Voucher is just not worth the paper it is written on. The young girl I spoke to at CT was only doing her job bless here but the "explanation/justification" was pretty rubbish and quite frankly a waste of my time. The bonus should be given to customers as a thank you for being a loyal customer, over and above what other discounts are offered and not instead of, otherwise it's not a reward for being a life long customer for goodness sake Thank you for reading my rant .

I sent in review to CT of poor quality, thin cotton tshirts. They used to be heavier, better quality cotton. Also the dark band inside back neck shows through on right side. They never printed my review on the website. When I sent in another review they said I had already submitted a review. In other words - the reviews on CT site are not trustworthy as they must screen out at least some negative reviews.

Oder not delivered when contracted, customer services never respond to any emails, they then charge you for non-delivery when they get the goods back!

I ordered from Cotton Traders on December 5th; they 'dispatched' the package on December 6th and charged my credit card. It is now December 27th and still no package. I emailed them and they told me to wait until today. I just did try to call their 'customer service' and was told to leave a message. I wonder if this company is legit? So sorry I tried to order from them. I wonder if my $$ is lost and I've been scammed?

Placed order on 12/5/19, dispatched according to them on 12/6/19. On 12/19 still waiting to receive sweater. They did, however, send email asking me if I was enjoying my purchase. I explained problem, they said they’d let me know in three business days. It’s been 4 and there is no word. This is my first and last experience with this company. Monica Hosaflook Atlanta, GA

Never received the coat I ordered. When I went to the email link that said it had shipped I was showed 'sorry' no tracking is available on standard shipping. Standard shipping was free, but never mentioned no tracking service so of course I agreed to it. I'll stick to eBay and Amazon from now on.

Ordered a coat and paid for next day delivery and received it 6 days later. Will not order from you again as long as you are using Hermes!!!

Order received late. Order not complete as missing 4 of 6 items ordered. Quality of blouse and jacket that did arrive seemed very good BUT I ordered PETITE and received regular. Now trying to talk to someone to arrange return and also to report missing items. Too bad email doesn't work and phone just goes to voicemail.

I have attempted to use your online facility, all my details are correct as I ordered a few months ago. Four attempts and unable to purchase any goods? I contacted your direct order line and are you aware your online prices do not tally with your direct phone team... Frustration all round.. remember Go Outdoors are superb on online...

I was told the quality is on par with M&S. Simply not true, from the few items i've purchased from Cotton Traders, the quality feels cheap and this is consistent. The worst part is, their customer service is by far the worst i've experienced. Just appalling, be prepared to wait for over a week just for a reply followed by a completely unhelpful response.

Hi, wanted to send praise for a young man named Jamie on the Customer Service team. Spoke to Jamie on 6/11/19 between 10 and 10.15 a.m he was so polite and patient listening to me moan about a previous employee I had spoken to on 5/11/19, who did not keep their promise. Was very disappointed with this lady and vowed never to buy anything else from you again. I decided to try again, and got through to Jamie who was calm and listened to me, he apologised and said he would speak to his supervisor to see what could be done, came back on line and again apologised this time for keeping me waiting. Was so impressed with his professionalism and the way he handled my complaint. Cannot praise him enough, and wish him all the best for the future, feel he can go a long way. Oh yes, Jamie delivered his promise and put my order right. Thank you Jamie and a very Merry Christmas. Delphine Dunne

What a shower this lot have turned into. I have bought many things from them in the past but am gobsmacked by my latest experience. I placed an order yesterday asking for delivery in 5 days time and upon checking my e mail confirmation I realised it was going to be shipped to a previous address (my fault). I rung to change the delivery address and was told they couldn't do it even though the item had not left the warehouse. Their answer was that it would have to be delivered rejected returned to the warehouse and eventually I would get a credit. I asked to cancel and they said I couldn't. I don't think they have heard of the consumer credit act. I would be very weary about buying from this company at the moment.
