Placed order on 12/5/19, dispatched according to them on 12/6/19. On 12/19 still waiting to receive sweater. They did, however, send email asking me if I was enjoying my purchase. I explained problem, they said they’d let me know in three business days. It’s been 4 and there is no word. This is my first and last experience with this company.
